Sebastian Alvarez founded Propty in 2024 after seeing firsthand how fragmented and inaccessible U.S. real estate is for international buyers. Having navigated these systems himself, he built Propty to create the coordinated infrastructure he wished had existed.
Propty is built lean on Next.js, Supabase, and Resend. Services keeps the company close to real operating problems while repeated patterns feed the long-term platform.
